Dans le cadre de notre croissance, Wealth Broker Management SA recherche un(e) conseiller(ère) spécialisé(e) dans le 3e pilier souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial, dynamique et orienté résultats. ### Votre mission Vous développez et accompagnez votre propre portefeuille de clients tout en bénéficiant, en complément, d'opportunités commerciales et de prospects ayant déjà manifesté un intérêt pour des solutions de prévoyance. Votre activité comprend notamment : \* Développer activement votre propre réseau et votre portefeuille clients \* Prendre en charge les opportunités commerciales transmises par la société \* Réaliser les rendez\\-vous et analyses de prévoyance \* Analyser les contrats et solutions existantes \* Identifier les besoins, projets et objectifs des clients \* Conseiller des solutions de 3e pilier adaptées à chaque situation \* Assurer le suivi de vos clients et développer des relations à long terme \* Participer activement au développement commercial de la société ### Le profil que nous recherchons \* Certification AFA déjà obtenue \* Expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance, de la prévoyance ou du conseil financier \* Réseau personnel et professionnel existant et capacité à le développer \* Solide connaissance du 3e pilier et du marché suisse \* Excellent relationnel et sens commercial \* Autonomie, rigueur et esprit entrepreneurial \* Goût du challenge et culture du résultat ### Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
