Spécialiste en Suitability LSFin/FIDLEG (h/f/d) La FINMA est chargée de la surveillance du marché financier suisse. Elle protège les créanciers, les investisseurs et les assurés, et assure le bon fonctionnement des marchés financiers. Elle contribue ce faisant à améliorer la réputation, la compétitivité et la viabilité de la place financière suisse. C'est pour remplir cette mission que s'engagent chaque jour plus de 800 collaborateurs compétents et motivés. Nous vous proposons, au sein de la division Expertise intégrée des risques, un poste de Tâches principales Réalisation de contrôles sur place dans le domaine de la suitability et de la LSFin Développement et mise en œuvre de mesures de surveillance ciblées Conseil et soutien aux équipes de surveillance sur les questions de suitability Identification des risques et des faiblesses au sein des établissements surveillés Analyse des évolutions réglementaires et des tendances du marché Participation à des projets réglementaires et de surveillance Collaboration à des travaux et évaluations à l'échelle nationale et internationale Profil requis Master en droit ou en économie, idéalement complété par une formation continue pertinente dans les domaines de la compliance, de la gestion des risques, de l'audit ou des marchés financiers 4 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le secteur financier, notamment en compliance, audit, conseil juridique, gestion des risques ou surveillance prudentielle ou dans le conseil en placement et/ou la gestion de fortune Solides connaissances de la LSFin (FIDLEG) et bonne compréhension des exigences de suitability et de protection des investisseurs Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi qu'une approche pragmatique et autonome Aisance dans la collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs Français (C2 ou langue maternelle), allemand (minimum B2\) et anglais (minimum C1\) Perspectives Nous sommes l'employeur idéal pour les collaborateurs prêts à s'engager pleinement, recherchant des défis et souhaitant prendre rapidement des responsabilités.
