* Examiner les demandes écrites et orale des assujettis en allemand, de leurs représentants (fiduciaires, avocat/es, associations, etc.) et de personnes externes, et y répondre * Traiter des questions juridiques et des rulings complexes en allemand et éventuellement en anglais * Collaborer au sein de divers groupes de travail internes * Rédiger occasionnellement des décisions pour l'ouverture de la procédure fiscale judiciaire * Participer à des entretiens avec des personnes assujetties et leurs représentants

****Ce qui vous rend unique****

* Diplôme universitaire ou de formation supérieure, par exemple d'une haute école spécialisée, ou formation équivalente avec plusieurs années d'expérience * Bonne compréhension du système fiscal suisse (une connaissance approfondie de la TVA n'est pas un prérequis) * Bonne compréhension des enjeux économiques ; pensée analytique * Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et communicationnelles * Bonne connaissance de deux langues officielles et de l'anglais

En répondant aux diverses questions, parfois complexes, posées par les assujettis ou par toute autre personne, vous aiderez activement à la mise en œuvre correcte de la loi sur la TVA (LTVA) ainsi que de la loi fédérale sur la radio et la télévision (LRTV).

Son champ d'activité englobe la TVA, l'impôt fédéral direct, l'impôt anticipé et les droits de timbre. Par ailleurs, ses tâches consistent notamment à assurer une application adéquate du droit fiscal, à développer le système fiscal et à participer au traitement des questions fiscales internationales.
