Spécialiste IT - Administrateur systèmes et réseaux (H/F)

Tâches principales ##

  • Administrer, superviser et faire évoluer l-infrastructure systèmes et réseaux de la Fondation
  • Gérer les serveurs, le réseau, le stockage, les sauvegardes et les services associés
  • Assurer la supervision, la maintenance préventive ainsi que le suivi de la capacité, de la performance et de la disponibilité des systèmes
  • Participer à la conception, à l-évolution et à la cohérence de l-architecture IT
  • Traiter les incidents et demandes avancées de niveau N2/N3, en coordination avec l-équipe et les prestataires externes
  • Participer aux projets de digitalisation, de modernisation et d-amélioration du système d-information
  • Accompagner les métiers dans la mise en place et l-évolution de leurs outils informatiques, en lien avec les besoins opérationnels et les contraintes techniques
  • Contribuer à la cybersécurité, à la protection des données, à la documentation technique et aux bonnes pratiques IT
  • Participer au transfert de connaissances au sein de l-équipe et vulgariser les informations techniques utiles auprès des utilisateurs

Environnement technique ##

Le poste s-inscrit dans un environnement principalement Microsoft et infrastructure interne, comprenant notamment :

  • Microsoft 365, Entra ID et Exchange Online
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, RDS, DNS et DHCP
  • VMware / vSphere
  • Sauvegardes avec Veeam et solutions Synology
  • Supervision et inventaire avec Observium et GLPI
  • Réseau LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, notamment sur environnement Aruba
  • Gestion de premier niveau des pare-feux
  • Protection antivirus / endpoint avec Sophos
  • Gestion des appareils mobiles via MDM Sophos

Compétences requises ##

  • CFC d-informaticien ou formation équivalente, avec expérience de 5 ans dans le domaine, formation supérieure en informatique ou certifications spécifiques : un atout
  • Expérience confirmée en administration systèmes, réseaux, sécurité et infrastructures IT
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements serveurs, réseaux, stockage, sauvegardes, sécurité et services associés
  • Expérience dans le traitement d-incidents complexes et le support de niveau avancé
  • Sens de l-organisation, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Esprit orienté solutions, sens du service et aisance relationnelle
  • Capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés : utilisateurs, responsables métiers, équipe IT, prestataires et chefs de projet
  • Intérêt pour la mission sociale de la Fondation et volonté de contribuer à son bon développement
