Swatch Group fournit la quasi\-totalité des composants nécessaires à la fabrication des montres vendues par ses 17 marques horlogères et de joaillerie, ainsi que par ses deux marques de distribution.

Pour renforcer notre département juridique basé à Bienne, nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir, un/e

Spécialiste en marques et modèles (h/f/d) 100%

Tâches principales

Gestion des portefeuilles de marques et de modèles des sociétés du Swatch Group notamment :

  • Conseils aux sociétés du Groupe sur la protection de leurs marques et modèles
  • Dépôt, renouvellement et analyse des portefeuilles de marques et modèles
  • Recherches de disponibilités de marques et surveillance de marques et modèles nouvellement déposés
  • Traitement et gestion des preuves d'usage des marques
  • Traitement des litiges, selon les cas en collaboration avec des avocats externes
  • Suivi des différentes procédures et des délais
  • Instruction aux avocats externes et gestion de ceux \- ci.
  • Reporting au management
  • Diverses tâches administratives liées à la gestion des portefeuilles

Profile

Profil requis

  • Spécialiste en droit des marques et modèles avec formation juridique ou dans une HEG
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la protection des marques et modèles, de préférence dans un environnement international.
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec d'excellentes connaissances de l'autre langue, très bon niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral)
  • Esprit d'équipe, loyauté, disponibilité, flexibilité et sens des responsabilités
  • Précision, autonomie, réactivité et esprit d'analyse
