La ville d'Illnau-Effretikon - située entre Winterthour et Zurich - offre, avec ses zones rurales et urbaines, ses hameaux, ses centres et le village historique de Kyburg, des conditions attrayantes pour environ 18 000 habitantes et habitants. 

Pour l'équipe des prestations complémentaires AVS/AI, nous recherchons dès le 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord une personne orientée service en tant que

TES TÂCHES DANS CETTE FONCTION SONT :

  • Traiter les demandes de prestations complémentaires AVS/AI
  • Clarifier des questions complexes financières et de droit des assurances sociales
  • Maintenir un contact téléphonique et personnel avec la clientèle
  • Garantir une information et un conseil compétents
  • Facturer les frais de maladie et d'invalidité
  • Contrôler périodiquement les cas de prestations en cours

TON PROFIL CORRESPOND PARFAITEMENT SI TU :

  • possèdes une formation commerciale avec expérience professionnelle et formations continues dans le domaine des prestations complémentaires AVS/AI
  • as des connaissances dans les domaines juridiques et financiers spécialisés et le sens de transmettre les faits de manière adaptée au destinataire
  • agis avec tes compétences professionnelles et sociales et contribues avec assurance à un esprit d'équipe positif même dans des situations exigeantes
  • as des connaissances d'utilisateur en Word/Excel et idéalement es également familier avec l'application spécialisée « ZLPro »
