Le service du personnel est d'une part le moteur pour les talents, le leadership ainsi que la culture d'entreprise et d'autre part le point de contact central pour environ 350 collaborateurs et supérieurs hiérarchiques. Nous initiions et accompagnons tous les processus RH et répondons aux questions spécifiques au personnel de manière compétente et orientée service. Que ce soit pour le conseil, le soutien ou le développement, ensemble en équipe, nous veillons à ce que l'administration municipale soit solidement positionnée en tant qu'employeur attractif. Une tâche polyvalente avec beaucoup de responsabilités personnelles et une équipe dynamique t'attendent.

Tes tâches

  • Soutien aux cadres et collaborateurs sur divers sujets RH.
  • Direction, participation, conception et mise en œuvre de projets RH.
  • Préparation de documents sur des sujets RH à l'attention de la direction.
  • Gestion autonome de tous les processus administratifs tout au long du cycle de vie de l'employé.
  • Conduite des processus annuels tels que les évaluations des collaborateurs et la budgétisation.
  • Rédaction d'annonces et recrutement de personnel qualifié pour l'ensemble de l'administration municipale.

Ton profil

  • Formation commerciale de base EFZ avec formation complémentaire dans le domaine RH (par ex. certificat de spécialiste RH).
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans l'administration publique.
  • Connaissances approfondies d'Abacus et MS Office ; expérience avec CMI ou Refline un atout.
  • Personnalité ouverte aux nouveautés et dotée d'une orientation pratique vers les solutions.
  • Personnalité responsable, naturelle et résistante avec humour et beaucoup d'engagement.
  • Motivation pour les tâches administratives ainsi que pour les sujets orientés processus et projets.
