Pour son secteur des Ressources humaines, le Pôle Santé du Pays-d-Enhaut recherche un·e :

Spécialiste RH - Payroll (CDI - 60%)

Votre mission :

  • Assurer le traitement mensuel des salaires et leur partie variable (indemnités, heures supplémentaires, allocation, etc.) ;
  • Gérer les démarches liées aux impôts à la sources;
  • Etablir les divers documents destinés aux collaborateur·trices et aux autorités (bulletins de salaires, certificats de salaires, etc.);
  • Effectuer les démarches administratives nécessaires auprès des assurances sociales , des autorités et des partenaires externes en lien avec la paie.

Autres responsabilités / polyvalences :

* Soutenir le service RH en fonction de ses besoin sur diverses tâches administratives et processus : suivi des dossiers du personnel, suivi des certificats médicaux, gestion des cas maladie et des absences, préparations de documents, etc.

Votre profil :

  • CFC d-employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent;
  • Certificat d'Assistant·e en gestion du personnel,
  • Au minimum 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance des systèmes Opale et PolyPoint (PEP) constitue un avantage important;
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité;
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite;
  • Polyvalence, flexibilité, esprit d-initiative et autonomie;
  • Excellent sens de l-organisation et rigueur dans le travail;
  • Bonne résistance au stress et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités simultanément.
