In dieser Position trägst du zur individuellen Lösung solcher Anliegen bei und analysierst systematisch die zugrunde liegenden Muster. Dabei leistet Du einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Entwicklung von Massnahmen, um nachhaltige Verbesserungen zu erzielen.

Um die optimale Kundenbetreuung sicherzustellen, bringst du eine grosse Portion Empathie und Qualitätsbewusstsein mit und setzt auf eine lösungsorientierte Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.

Das erwartet dich: Du bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Kundenanliegen und stellst eine individuelle Beratung und eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um den Datenschutz und gewährleistest, dass ihre Anliegen entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorgaben bearbeitet werden. Du erstellst und bearbeitest Texte, Argumentationen und FAQs, die unseren Kunden klare und verständliche Informationen bieten. Du nimmst aktiv an Qualitätssicherungsmassnahmen teil und trägst so zur ständigen Verbesserung unseres Serviceangebots bei.

Das suchen wir: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung. Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift. Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenbereich sammeln. Du bringst gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen mit. Dir ist ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine kompetente und zielgerichtete Orientierung wichtig, und du kommunizierst auf allen Ebenen.
