HRSC denkt HR nicht standardisiert, sondern individuell: Wir gestalten massgeschneiderte Lösungen, die sich konsequent an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kund\*innen orientieren. Seit 2013 begleiten wir KMU, NPOs und öffentliche Organisationen mit passgenauen HR\-Services – von Outsourcing über operative Entlastung, HR\-Beratung und arbeitsrechtlichem Support bis hin zur Digitalisierung von HR\-Prozessen und der Evaluation von HR\-Software.

Deine Mission

Bei HRSC bist du nicht einfach Teil einer klassischen HR\-Abteilung – du bewegst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem HR\-Dienstleistung aktiv gelebt wird: kundennah, flexibel und mit hoher Eigenverantwortung. Du bist ein HR\-Profi mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung oder bringst HR\-Grundkenntnisse und die Motivation dich weiterzuentwickeln mit. Du fühlst dich im operativen HR\-Alltag genauso wohl wie im Austausch mit Kunden. Die parallele Betreuung mehrerer Kunden motiviert dich und gibt dir die Möglichkeit, dein Fachwissen gezielt und vielseitig einzusetzen.

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Payroll inklusive Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer
  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Personaladministration vom Ein\- bis Austritt
  • Selbständiges Durchführen aller Jahresendarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei HR\-Projekten im Kundenumfeld
  • Abwechslung und Branchenvielfalt aufgrund verschiedener Kundenaufträge

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist ein HR\-Profi mit langjähriger und fundierter Praxiserfahrung oder bringst HR\-Grundkenntnisse und die Motivation dich weiterzuentwickeln mit
  • Weiterbildung im HR von Vorteil (Payroll\-Experte\*in, HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann oder vergleichbar)
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Entscheidungsstärke sowie Freude an Verantwortung und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Digitale Affinität und Begeisterung an der Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Motivation, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues auszuprobieren
