Deine Aufgaben: *MES Specialist – Cronetwork (ca. 50 %) * Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und bei Weiterent wicklungen des MES-Systems Cronetwork - Mitarbeit bei Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen im MES - Umsetzung von Konfigurationen, Changes und Releases - Unterstützung bei Maschinen- und Systemanbindungen (OPC-nahe Systeme) - Fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität und ERP - Support für Key User (2nd Level) sowie Mitwirkung bei Schulungen - Fachliche Unterstützung von unsern Auslandstandorten in MES-Themen

*Business Applications, Daten & Digitalisierung (ca. 50 %) * - Mitarbeit in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Business Applications (insb. ERP-nahe The men, MS Fabric, SharePoint) - Aktive Mitarbeit in Digitalisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsinitiativen in produktionsnahen und administrativen Prozessen - Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten für Fachbereiche und Management - Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Lösungen in die bestehende Applikations- und Datenlandschaft -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Application Ownern und dem Business-Applications-Team Interesse geweckt?

Erwartungen an dich: - Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung oder im Betrieb von MES-Systemen - Erfahrung mit Schnittstellen im industriellen Umfeld (z. B. OPC) von Vorteil - Fundiertes Verständnis von Produktions- und Shopfloor-Prozessen - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten und Business Intelligence (z. B. Power BI, Fabric von Vorteil) - Analytische, strukturierte und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungskompetenz - Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Spannungsfeld zwischen Produktion und IT - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
