* Soprintendere al controlling e al reporting secondo le disposizioni vigenti, garantendo la qualità, il rispetto delle scadenze e la soddisfazione dei clienti * Elaborare, analizzare e perfezionare rapporti, statistiche e valutazioni economico-aziendali nonché eseguire periodicamente la chiusura di periodo contabile nel modulo Controlling (CO) * Gestire gli oggetti CO, i dati di base e le autorizzazioni SAP come pure fornire supporto tecnico e specialistico * Progettare, gestire e ottimizzare i processi di controlling e reporting, nonché garantirne lo sviluppo continuo * Redigere e aggiornare i documenti relativi ai processi, le istruzioni di lavoro, le linee guida e il sistema di controllo interno (SCI); eseguire i controlli interni * Fornire consulenza ai clienti e ai settori specialistici, tenere corsi di formazione, collaborare alle release di nuove versioni, alle modifiche relative all'ERP e ai progetti e coordinare i relativi test

****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Diploma di scuola specializzata superiore o di una scuola universitaria professionale (ad es. esperto in finanza e controlling, specialista in finanza e contabilità) * Esperienza professionale pluriennale nel controlling e nel reporting nonché solide conoscenze di economia aziendale * Solide conoscenze dei sistemi ERP, in particolare di SAP FI e S/4HANA nonché ottima padronanza di Excel e conoscenze in materia di protezione dei dati e sicurezza delle informazioni * Spiccate capacità di pensiero analitico, concettuale e sistemico; grande attitudine per i numeri, unita a un metodo di lavoro strutturato, autonomo e responsabile e a un forte orientamento agli obiettivi e ai risultati * Spirito di gruppo, orientamento alle prestazioni, buone capacità comunicative e di moderazione * Ottime conoscenze di una lingua ufficiale e buone conoscenze di una seconda lingua ufficiale

****In sintesi****

Garantirà un controlling e un reporting corretti, tempestivi e trasparenti all'interno del Centro Prestazioni di servizi Finanze (CPS FI). In questo ruolo ottimizzerà i processi, gestirà le autorizzazioni SAP, garantirà il sistema di controllo interno (SCI), la qualità dei dati e la conformità ai requisiti in materia di revisione e svilupperà ulteriormente il reporting. In qualità di interfaccia per i clienti, i settori specialistici, la revisione e i partner esterni, svilupperà soluzioni pratiche e condividerà le proprie competenze specialistiche.
