La persona selezionata avrà un ruolo centrale nello sviluppo dell'attività, occupandosi sia della ricerca e selezione dei candidati sia della gestione e acquisizione dei clienti , seguendo l'intero processo di inserimento del personale.

Le tue responsabilità

* Acquisizione attiva di nuovi clienti e sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali

* Gestione e fidelizzazione del portafoglio clienti esistente e da costituire

* Raccolta e analisi delle esigenze di personale delle aziende clienti

* Ricerca attiva di candidati attraverso database, portali di lavoro, social network e altri canali di recruiting

* Selezione e qualificazione dei candidati

* Conduzione di colloqui telefonici e in presenza

* Presentazione dei profili professionali alle aziende clienti

* Gestione dell'intero processo di selezione e inserimento

* Preparazione e gestione dei dossier dei candidati

* Coordinamento e accompagnamento dei collaboratori durante il loro impiego temporaneo

* Mantenimento di un rapporto costante con clienti e collaboratori

* Gestione amministrativa e organizzativa delle attività legate alle assunzioni

* Monitoraggio delle esigenze del mercato e sviluppo del proprio settore di riferimento

Il profilo che cerchiamo:

Cerchiamo una persona che abbia spirito commerciale, capacità relazionali e una forte motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi .

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

* Esperienza nel settore del lavoro temporaneo, della consulenza del personale o del recruiting in Svizzera

* Esperienza commerciale e nella gestione/acquisizione di clienti

* Buona conoscenza del mercato del lavoro svizzero

* Ottime capacità comunicative e di negoziazione

* Personalità autonoma, dinamica e organizzata

* Orientamento al cliente e al risultato

* Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e di gestire più attività contemporaneamente

* Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici, portali di recruiting e CRM

* Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana

* La conoscenza del tedesco e/o dell'inglese

Valutiamo sia profili con esperienza nel settore sia candidati provenienti da ambiti commerciali o di recruiting con una forte motivazione a crescere nella consulenza del personale.
