Requisiti: - almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ruoli di HR Operations, Payroll o HR Generalist - conoscenza della normativa svizzera sul lavoro, del sistema di sicurezza sociale e delle procedure relative a immigrazione e permessi di lavoro - ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office e familiarità con i sistemi informativi HR - elevata attenzione ai dettagli, spiccate capacità analitiche e attitudine a lavorare in un contesto molto dinamico - personalità affidabile, responsabile e orientata al cliente - ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana

Costituirebbe un vantaggio significativo possedere: - esperienza con SuccessFactors e SAP HCM - conoscenza della lingua tedesca

The employer is seeking an:

HR Operations Professional (featured role)

Responsibilities: - supporting the management of HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding, including work permit management, family allowance requests, etc.) - preparing employee-related documentation (e.g., contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, employment confirmations) - managing employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems, including the maintenance of electronic personnel files - providing support and guidance to employees regarding inquiries and requests - assisting with payroll-related activities and liaising with the external payroll processing provider

Requirements: - at least 3–5 years of work experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Generalist roles - knowledge of Swiss labor law, the social security system, and procedures regarding immigration and work permits - excellent command of the MS Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems - strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment - reliable, responsible, and customer-oriented personality - excellent proficiency in English and Italian

The following would be considered a significant advantage: - experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM - knowledge of German
