Mansioni: - si occuperà principalmente della vendita di prodotti e servizi destinati alle aziende, seguendo direttamente tutte le fasi dello sviluppo commerciale: dalla ricerca di nuovi contatti fino alla conclusione della vendita e alla gestione continuativa del cliente - ricerca autonoma di potenziali aziende clienti attraverso strumenti online e attività sul territorio. - primo contatto telefonico con nuovi potenziali clienti. - vendita diretta di prodotti e servizi tramite telefono. - organizzazione e gestione di appuntamenti commerciali presso la nostra sede o presso il cliente. - presentazione delle soluzioni aziendali, preparazione delle offerte e negoziazione commerciale. - sviluppo, gestione e fidelizzazione del portafoglio clienti. - raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita mensili concordati. - aggiornamento costante delle attività e dei contatti commerciali.

Requisti: - almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella vendita telefonica, nella vendita diretta o nella vendita sul territorio. - esperienza nella ricerca proattiva e nell’acquisizione di nuovi clienti. - forte orientamento agli obiettivi e capacità di raggiungere risultati con continuità. - ottime capacità comunicative, persuasive e di negoziazione. - buona dialettica e sicurezza nel contatto telefonico e personale con il cliente. - ottima padronanza della lingua italiana. - conoscenza del territorio e del tessuto economico e imprenditoriale ticinese. - autonomia, organizzazione, costanza e spirito d’iniziativa. - buona dimestichezza con gli strumenti digitali utilizzati per la ricerca e la gestione dei contatti. - la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un valore aggiunto. - sarà data preferenza alle persone che dispongono già di una rete di contatti o di un portafoglio clienti dal quale iniziare lo sviluppo commerciale. - cerchiamo una persona concreta, ambiziosa e determinata, che sappia creare nuove opportunità, costruire relazioni e trasformare i contatti in risultati. - licenza di condurre cat.B - automunito/a
