* Tirocinio concluso con attestato federale di capacità (AFC) o qualifica equivalente, preferibilmente in ambito tecnico * Scuola reclute dell'Esercito svizzero assolta * Licenza di condurre almeno categoria B * Reputazione impeccabile * Disponibilità a orari di lavoro irregolari * Personalità proattiva, capacità di lavorare in team, elevata resistenza fisica e psichica

Il Comando Istruzione (Cdo Istr) è responsabile dell'istruzione in seno all'Esercito svizzero -- dal reclutamento all'istruzione di base generale fino all'istruzione dei quadri -- per quanto riguarda la milizia e i militari di professione. Comprende l'Istruzione superiore dei quadri, il Personale dell'esercito, cinque formazioni d'addestramento, il Centro d'istruzione e il Servizio specializzato Donne nell'esercito e diversity. Un terzo dei circa 2350 collaboratori è attivo in professioni civili in ambito scientifico, tecnico, medico, psicologico, amministrativo o sportivo e contribuisce al successo insieme ai militari di professione.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
