* Collaborare alla creazione e all'ulteriore sviluppo della gestione contrattuale dell'ufficio specializzato Requisition, nonché alla pianificazione, all'avvio, al coordinamento e al controllo delle misure di requisizione nell'ambito di responsabilità assegnato, garantendo al contempo un'attuazione conforme alle disposizioni e ai contratti * Garantire l'approntamento di prestazioni, materiali e infrastrutture per impieghi militari entro i termini stabiliti e conformemente alle esigenze e alla qualità * Fornire consulenza specialistica e supporto alla direzione del servizio specializzato Requisizione nonché assumere funzioni di interfaccia e coordinamento nei confronti dei partner interni ed esterni * Gestire e sorvegliare il portafoglio di requisizione, analizzare ed elaborare le incongruenze e collaborare all'assunzione e all'assegnazione di prestazioni * Gestire e sviluppare ulteriormente i sistemi d'informazione rilevanti, redigere rapporti e basi decisionali, elaborare concetti tecnici, assumere la direzione di progetti e rappresentare la BLEs in comitati di esperti e gruppi di lavoro interdisciplinari

****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Diploma universitario (SSS, SUP, università) in economia aziendale, public management, logistica o in un ambito analogo; leadership e public administration costituiscono un vantaggio * Esperienza pluriennale nella gestione di progetti maturata in organizzazioni complesse, rilevanti per la sicurezza o interdisciplinari, idealmente legata alla logistica, agli acquisti o all'amministrazione pubblica * Ottime conoscenze dei processi logistici, d'acquisto o di requisizione, nonché della contrattualistica, delle analisi di mercato e della gestione finanziaria (preventivazione, controlling, gestione dei crediti) * Spiccata familiarità con i sistemi e i processi digitali, soprattutto per applicazioni interdisciplinari logistiche, amministrative o rilevanti per la pianificazione * Spiccate competenze di condotta, analisi e negoziazione, elevata competenza sociale, resistenza psicofisica e facoltà di prendere decisioni in modo strutturato e interdisciplinare * Ottime conoscenze attiva di almeno una seconda lingua ufficiale e conoscenza passiva di una terza lingua ufficiale

In questa funzione centrale, tra pianificazione strategica, disposizioni legali e prontezza all'impiego operativa, garantirà che tutti i processi di requisizione dell'esercito si svolgano in modo efficiente, trasparente e affidabile. Coordinerà le prestazioni, le infrastrutture e le risorse, creerà basi vincolanti e farà in modo che l'esercito mantenga la sua capacità d'azione sia in caso di evento reale che nella quotidianità. La Base logistica dell'Esercito svizzero (BLEs) è a disposizione della truppa. Fornisce tutte le prestazioni logistiche a favore dell'Esercito svizzero e, con i suoi circa 3500 collaboratori e 12000 militari di milizia, gestisce il materiale, i sistemi e le infrastrutture dell'Esercito svizzero. In officina o in ufficio, al chiuso o all'aperto: la BLEs offre un'ampia gamma di posti di lavoro in tutta la Svizzera e per tutti i gusti.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
