* Configurare e gestire i subaccount, i servizi cloud e i diritti di utilizzo nonché monitorare e ottimizzare le prestazioni * Gestire gli incidenti e implementare e mantenere le disposizioni di sicurezza nonché i ruoli e le autorizzazioni * Elaborare linee guida e le basi per la governance di SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) nonché configurare e gestire i siti di SAP Build Work Zone, inclusi Workspaces e Pages * Personalizzare e sviluppare ulteriormente temi, navigazione e widget in SAP Build Work Zone, integrare applicazioni e servizi di terzi nonché elaborare piani e fornire consulenza tecnologica * Configurare, gestire e amministrare SAP Fiori Launchpad (inclusi Spaces, Pages e Business Catalogs), attivare le app Fiori standard e implementare i requisiti specifici dei clienti mediante adattamenti dell'interfaccia utente, varianti delle app e traduzioni * Progettare e gestire, tramite PFCG, i concetti dei ruoli e le autorizzazioni Fiori; coordinare la collaborazione con i team responsabili dello sviluppo, della consulenza sui moduli, dei sistemi, delle autorizzazioni e della sicurezza; elaborare soluzioni tecniche con le parti coinvolte

****Che cosa ti contraddistingue****

* Formazione universitaria (università o SUP) in informatica, informatica di gestione o in una disciplina affine, oppure formazione di livello terziario equivalente con relativa esperienza professionale pluriennale * Esperienza pratica pluriennale nell'amministrazione e nella gestione di ambienti SAP, in particolare di SAP BTP, SAP Build Workzone e SAP Fiori. * Conoscenze approfondite della configurazione, dello sviluppo e della gestione di SAP BTP, SAP Build Workzone e SAP Fiori Launchpad; esperienza con i ruoli e le autorizzazioni SAP nonché dei requisiti di sicurezza; conoscenze di base nello sviluppo SAP (ABAP, JavaScript, SAPUI5, servizi OData) costituiscono titolo preferenziale * Esperienza con metodi di lavoro agili (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) e conoscenza degli strumenti CI/CD e di monitoraggio * Approccio analitico e concettuale, spiccato orientamento alla clientela e alle prestazioni nonché metodo di lavoro autonomo e orientato alle soluzioni; spirito di gruppo e capacità di collaborare in gruppi interdisciplinari nonché di comunicare concetti tecnici complessi in modo adeguato ai destinatari * Conoscenze attive di due lingue ufficiali e buone conoscenze dell'inglese
