Sie kennen die internationale Spedition und haben Erfahrung mit Luft- und Seefracht? Für ein etabliertes Speditionsunternehmen suchen wir eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die gerne organisiert, den Überblick behält und Kunden sowie Partner im Tagesgeschäft betreut. Sie übernehmen dabei abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben rund um Import und Export und arbeiten weitgehend selbstständig.

Aufgaben ###

  • organisieren und koordinieren von Luft- und Seefrachtsendungen im Import und Export
  • bearbeiten der Aufträge von der Übernahme bis zur Auslieferung
  • buchen von Frachtraum bei Airlines und Reedereien
  • erstellen und kontrollieren von Transport- und Frachtdokumenten
  • koordinieren von Abholungen, Zustellungen und Vor- bzw. Nachläufen
  • überwachen von Sendungen, Laufzeiten und Lieferterminen
  • kommunizieren mit Kunden, Frachtführern, Airlines, Reedereien und internationalen Partnern

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Spedition mit Erfahrung in Luft- und/oder Seefracht
  • gute Kenntnisse der Abläufe im Import- und Exportgeschäft
  • keine Einträge im Straf- und Betreibungsregister

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gut Englisch: m+s gut bis sehr gut jede weitere Sprache: von Vorteil
