In dieser Funktion kombinieren Sie zwei Verkehrsträger, die im Tagesgeschäft eng zusammenspielen: Luftfracht und LKW-Transporte. Der Schwerpunkt liegt eher auf grenzüberschreitenden Landverkehren, ergänzt durch Luftfrachtabwicklungen je nach Sendung und Kundenanforderung. Gesucht wird eine praxisorientierte Fachperson, die Transporte organisiert, Abläufe koordiniert und den Überblick behält - auch wenn mehrere Dossiers parallel laufen.

Aufgaben ###

  • planen und abwickeln von internationalen LKW-Transporten (Import/Export, Schwerpunkt Europa)
  • organisieren und betreuen von Luftfrachtsendungen im Import und Export
  • koordinieren mit Fahrern, Spediteuren, Airlines und Handling Agents
  • erstellen und prüfen von Transport-, Luftfracht- und Zolldokumenten
  • überwachen von Laufzeiten, Terminen, Cut-offs und Sendungsstatus
  • bearbeiten von Rückfragen, Abweichungen und zeitkritischen Situationen
  • pflegen und aktualisieren der transportrelevanten Daten im System
  • betreuen von Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im grenzüberschreitenden Landverkehr, idealerweise kombiniert mit Luftfracht
  • gute Kenntnisse der Transport- und Zollprozesse im Import und Export
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team
