Buchen, koordinieren, nachfassen, kontrollieren - und zwischendurch schauen, dass der Flieger nicht ohne Ihre Sendung abhebt. Für ein Spedi-Unternehmen suchen wir einen Sachbearbeiterin oder einen Sachbearbeiter mit Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht vorzugsweise im Export. Sie kümmern sich selbstständig um Ihre Sendungen, haben direkten Kontakt mit Kunden, Airlines und Partnern und begleiten die Aufträge von der Buchung bis zum Abflug. Wenn irgendwo etwas klemmt, finden Sie eine Lösung - möglichst bevor der Kunde davon erfährt.

Aufgaben ###

  • organisieren und koordinieren von Luftfrachtsendungen im Export
  • erstellen und prüfen von Exportdokumenten
  • erstellen der Schweizer Ausfuhrzollabfertigung
  • disponieren von Vorläufen und koordinieren mit Airlines, Handling Agents und Subunternehmern
  • kommunizieren mit Kunden, Auslandsagenten und IATA-Partnern
  • kalkulieren von Frachtraten sowie erstellen von Offerten
  • bearbeiten von Reklamationen
  • monitoring der laufenden Sendungen

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Luftfracht Export (Air Freight Export)
  • Kenntnisse in PASSAR, IATA-DGR
  • selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Die Luftfracht ist sehr strukturiert - aber manchmal geht nicht alles nach Plan. Ein Flug wird storniert, ein Dokument fehlt oder eine Sendung muss plötzlich doch noch heute raus. Dann heisst es: Telefon in die Hand, Lösung suchen, weitermachen. Wenn Sie gerne selbstständig arbeiten, Luftfracht im Griff haben und auch dann klar kommen, wenn nicht alles nach Plan läuft, könnte es gut passen. Nach Prüfung Ihrer Bewerbungsunterlagen melden wir uns sehr gerne mit einem Feedback bei Ihnen. In einem 1.
