Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung in der internationalen Speditionslogistik abgeschlossen und bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Luftfracht gesammelt? Für ein etabliertes Speditionsunternehmen suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die selbstständige Abwicklung von Luftfrachtsendungen im Export.

Aufgaben ###

  • organisieren und koordinieren von Luftfrachtsendungen im Export
  • abwickeln der Sendungen von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Auslieferung
  • erstellen und kontrollieren von Luftfracht- und Exportdokumenten
  • vorbereiten und bearbeiten der notwendigen Unterlagen für die Zollabwicklung Export
  • koordinieren der Sendungen mit Airlines, Handling Agents, Kunden und internationalen Partnern
  • überwachen von Abholungen, Flugbuchungen, Laufzeiten und Sendungsstatus
  • bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen und selbstständiges Lösen von Unregelmässigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung Fachrichtung internationale Speditionslogistik
  • zwei bis drei Jahre Erfahrung als Sachbearbeiter/-in im Bereich Luftfracht Export
  • gute Kenntnisse im Zollwesen
  • Erfahrung mit den Abläufen und Besonderheiten des Schweizer Luftfrachtmarktes
  • zuverlässige, selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit gutem Organisationsvermögen
