Aufgaben ###

  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von EHS-Prozessen und -Standards
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorschriften (insbesondere im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von internen sowie externen Audits
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei regelmässigem Reporting
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsprojekten mit Fokus auf Arbeitssicherheit
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen im Bereich Health & Safety
  • Schulung der Mitarbeitenden in Sicherheitsfragen
  • Mitarbeit im Austausch von Best Practices innerhalb der Organisation

Profil ###

  • Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit (z.B. SUVA-anerkannte Qualifikation von Vorteil) oder Bereitschaft die entsprechenden Qualifikationen zu erwerben
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Health & Safety von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher Vorschriften
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Fähigkeit, Stakeholder auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu überzeugen
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie Englisch
