Bei uns darfst du sämtliche Räumlichkeiten und Gebäude der Migros Bank verwalten und betreuen. Wir suchen dich: Eine Persönlichkeit, die ihr Wissen und ihre Ideen in allen Bereichen des Facility Services einbringt, damit die Migros Bank jeweils an den idealen Standorten präsent ist und unsere Mitarbeitenden sich in ihrer Arbeitsumgebung wohl fühlen.

Was du bewegst

  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb und Facility Services, die technische Anlagen und Sicherheit sowie für das Qualitäts\- und Störungsmanagement
  • Inspektionen und Funktionskontrollen von technischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen wie auch der betrieblichen Sicherheit (inkl. Dokumentation im CAFM)
  • Begleitung von Bauprojekten sowie Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Unterhalts\- und Altersersatzaufträgen
  • Organisation und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturanpassungen, Zügelaktionen und kleineren Betriebsprojekten
  • Vorgabe, Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HLKS\- und Sicherheitsdienstleistungen unserer Serviceprovider
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, Elektro (HLKSE)
  • Berufserfahrung: 2\-4 Jahre im Bereich Facility Services, Sicherheit oder HLKSE
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen HLKSE und/oder Sicherheit
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis
  • Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse (z. B. MS Office, CAFM\-Systeme, Gebäudeleitsysteme)
  • Vernetztes Denken
  • Deutsch (C1\)
  • Italienisch (C1\)
