Spezialist galenische Entwicklung mit langjähriger Erfahrung (m/w/d) 100% ========================================================================== Aufgabengebiet \* Selbstständige Durchführung von technischen Versuchen sowie Herstellung von Versuchsmischungen und GMP\\-konformen Chargen für klinische Studien und Zulassungsprojekte. \* Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Prozessvalidierungen, Scale\\-up\\-Aktivitäten und Herstellung von Test\\- und Validierungschargen. \* Bedienung, Einrichtung, Umrüstung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen sowie Inprozesskontroll\\-(IPC)\\-Geräten im Pilot Plant unter Einhaltung der GMP\\- und Sicherheitsvorgaben. \* Erfassung, Pflege und Anpassung von Herstellvorschriften im ERP\\-System gemäss vorgegebenen Spezifikationen und Freigabeprozessen. \* Entnahme, Kennzeichnung, Verwaltung und Archivierung von Rückstellmustern aus Versuchs\\-, Validierungs\\- und GMP\\-Chargen unter Einhaltung der geltenden GMP\\-Anforderungen. \* Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Pflege von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs), Herstellanweisungen sowie weiterer herstellungsspezifischer Dokumentationen. \* Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und GMP\\-konformen Dokumentation aller Herstell\\- und Versuchsschritte. \* Einhaltung der geltenden GMP\\-, Sicherheits\\-, Hygiene\\- und Qualitätsvorschriften im Pilot Plant. \* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der Analytischen Entwicklung Ihr Profil \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant:in oder Pharmakant:in mit analytischer Erfahrung \* Mehrjährige GMP\\-Erfahrung \* Freude an praktischer Arbeit (Versuchsdurchführung) \* Fundierte EDV\\-Kenntnisse (MS\\-Office) \* Gute Deutsch\\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift \* Initiative, Engagement und Lernbereitschaft \* Flexibilität, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit \* Bereitschaft zur einwöchigen Nachtarbeit während gewissen Projektphasen (ca.1\\-3x pro Jahr) Ihre Motivation Sie suchen neue Herausforderungen in einem wettbewerbsstarken Umfeld?
