gebana ist Pionierin für Fairen Handel in der Schweiz. Wir arbeiten weltweit mit Bauernfamilien zusammen und verkaufen deren biologische Produkte direkt an Konsumentinnen in Europa. Unsere Vision: Den globalen Handel zu Gunsten von Kleinbauern, der lokalen Wirtschaft und der Umwelt verändern.

sofort oder nach Vereinbarung haben wir folgende Stelle als Spezialist:in Daten\- und Prozessmanagement (80\-100 %)neu zu besetzen. Mit der Einführung eines neuen ERP\-Systems baut gebana eine zentrale Datenplattform auf. Du willst beides von Anfang an mitgestalten und Dich dabei für einen gerechteren Handel engagieren?

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du gestaltest den Aufbau unseres Data Warehouses mit und konzipierst die notwendigen Datenmodelle in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Stakeholdern.
  • Du entwickelst ETL/ELT\-Prozesse, überwachst Datapipelines und stellst reibungslose Datenflüsse sicher.
  • Du betreust und konfigurierst unser neues ERP Microsoft Business Central und entwickelstdich zur zentralen Ansprechperson für das System.
  • Du koordinierst die verschiedenen Anforderungen der Daten\- und Prozessverantwortlichen und berücksichtigst dabei unsere Datenstrategie. Zusammen mit externen und internen Partnern setzt du diese Anforderungen zielgerichtet in Projekten um und gestaltest die Datenstrategie weiter.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Fokus Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Ökonomie oder verwandten Bereichen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Systemen und bist motiviert, dich kontinuierlich in neue Technologien und Prozesse einzuarbeiten.
  • Du bringst ein Verständnis von Datenbanken, SQL und ETL\-/ELT\-Prozessen mit.
  • Du hast Interesse an betrieblichen Prozessen und Datenflüssen, verfügst über Qualitätsbewusstsein und arbeitest strukturiert.
  • Du gehst offen auf Fachbereiche zu und kommunizierst dabei verständlich auf Deutsch und Englisch. Du arbeitest pragmatisch und erledigst Deine Aufgaben selbstständig und zielgerichtet.
  • Erfahrung mit Business Central / MS Dynamics oder anderen ERP\-Systemen sind ein Plus.
  • Du begeisterst dich für fairen Handel, Nachhaltigkeit und biologische Produktion und möchtest mit deiner Arbeit etwas bewegen.
