Die SwissComply Legal AG gehört gemeinsam mit der SwissComply AG zu den führenden Anbieterinnen für rechtliche und regulatorische Beratung von Schweizer Finanzdienstleistern. Wir bringen Klarheit in komplexe Rechtsfragen, begleiten Bewilligungsverfahren und stehen dabei im direkten, aktiven Austausch mit der FINMA. Auch im Geschäftsalltag beraten wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden pragmatisch, persönlich und auf Augenhöhe.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Legal Teams suchen wir eine Rechtsanwältin oder einen Rechtsanwalt beziehungsweise eine Juristin oder einen Juristen mit fundierten Kenntnissen und mehrjähriger Praxiserfahrung im Finanzmarktrecht. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion beraten Sie unsere Mandantinnen und Mandanten umfassend und praxisnah in regulatorischen Fragestellungen – insbesondere zum Geldwäschereirecht (GwG) sowie zu FIDLEG und FINIG. Sie begleiten und beraten Finanzinstitute über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, führen Bewilligungs\- und Änderungsverfahren und stehen im aktiven Austausch mit der FINMA. Darüber hinaus beraten Sie Kunden an der Schnittstelle zur SwissComply AG und verbinden rechtliche Expertise mit realen, auf Umsetzungspraxis basierenden Lösungen in den Bereichen Compliance und Risk Management.

Was sie mitbringen:

* Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften an einer schweizerischen Universität

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzmarktrecht, vorzugsweise als in\-house Legal Counsel bei einem Finanzinstitut (z. B. Bank, Fondsleitung, Wertpapierhaus oder Vermögensverwalter) oder bei einem Beratungsdienstleister

* Idealerweise auch Compliance\- und GwG\-Erfahrung

* Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit FINMA\-Bewilligungsverfahren

* Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Spass an Verantwortung

* Proaktive Herangehensweise im Tagesgeschäft mit Mandanten

* Belastbarer Teamplayer mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten

* Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Versiertheit in MS\-Office (Word, Excel und PowerPoint)

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
