Spitex Bern und Domicil haben sich unter dem Dach der gemeinnützigen Concara Gruppe zusammengeschlossen. Mit über 2000 Mitarbeitenden engagieren wir uns gemeinsam für eine integrierte Rundumversorgung, sowohl stationär als auch ambulant und zu Hause.

In der Concara Services AG erbringen wir übergeordnet für alle Betriebseinheiten der Concara Gruppe verschiedene Dienstleistungen, setzen Supportprozesse um und leisten fachliche Unterstützung.

Deine Aufgaben: - Zusammen mit dem Team HR-Services (4 Mitarbeiter:innen) stellst du die korrekte Lohnverarbeitung für rund 2'200 Mitarbeitende sicher. Du führst selbständig die monatlichen Zahlungs- und Verbuchungsläufe durch, inkl. Kontrolle und Mutationen. - Du bist mitverantwortlich für die umfassende Abwicklung der Themen rund um den Lohn und bearbeitest Sozialversicherungsfälle. Du berätst Mitarbeitende und Führungspersonen zu Fragen rund um die Lohnbuchhaltung und die Zeitwirtschaft. In der Systempflege und bei der Weiterentwicklung der Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse wirkst du ebenfalls aktiv mit. - Bei uns steht an, die Lohnsysteme und Anstellungsbedingungen (inkl. Pensionskasse) von Domicil und Spitex zu harmonisieren. Dein Profil: - Du bist eine erfahrene HR-/Payroll-Fachspezialist:in und hast Freude an Aufgaben in der HR-Administration - Du begeisterst mit deiner hohen Dienstleistungsorientierung - Eine zuverlässige, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich - Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität - Abacus und RTM Erfahrung wäre wünschenswert
