Als Teil unseres Finance Teams übernehmen Sie selbständig zentrale Aufgaben im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen. In der Schlüsselrolle stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere aufsichtsrechtliche Meldungen und Nachweise termingerecht, korrekt und nachvollziehbar sind und bringen Ihr Wissen dort ein, wo neue regulatorische Anforderungen in Prozesse und Systeme überführt werden müssen.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Regulatorisches Meldewesen und Aufsichtsrecht

  • Selbstständige Erstellung, Plausibilisierung und Einreichung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldungen (Eigenmittel nach ERV, Klumpenrisiken sowie Liquidiätsnachweise) an FINMA und SNB
  • Rechnungslegung und Offenlegung nach Rechnungsreglungsvorschrift der Banken (RVB)
  • Mitverantwortung und Erstellung von MWST\- und weiteren Steuerabrechnungen
  • Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklung, Beurteilung der Auswirkungen auf das Meldewesen und Prozesse sowie Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Legal, Compliance, Risk und IT
  • Ansprechperson für Prüfgesellschaft, Revisionsstelle und interne Stellen in Fragen des Meldewesen inkl. Aufbereitung der entsprechenden Unterlagen

Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen

  • Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Mitarbeit bei Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen zu Handen der Geschäftsleitung und der Revisionsstelle
  • Pflege und Abstimmung von Banken\- und Kontenstammdaten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance, inkl. Abstimmung der Korrespondenzbankbeziehungen
  • Übernahme von Stellvertretungen (Zahlungsverkehr, Kreditwesen, usw) sowie Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Prozess\- bzw. Automatisierungsvorhaben im Reporting

IHR PROFIL

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (z.B. eidg. Fachausweis, Bankfachexperte, Betriebsökonomie) oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrungohe Einsatzfreude und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im regulatorischen Meldewesen einer Bank oder bei einer Prüfgesellschaft mit Kenntnissen der Regelwerke (Gesetze, RVB, FINMA\-Rundeschreiben) oder ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, sich in dieses Gebiet mit Unterstützung vertieft einzuarbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kernbankensystemen, Meldewesen\-Tools und Excel
  • Analytisches, strukturiertes und präzises Arbeiten sowie ein hohes Qualitäts\- und Fristbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, ösisch von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude daran, in einem kleinen Team ein breites Aufgabengebiet zu übernehmen
