**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Selbständige Disposition und Abfertigung von Seefrachtsendungen mit Schwerpunkt Import LCL * Organisation und Überwachung der gesamten Transportabläufe von A bis Z * Koordination mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Reedereien und weiteren internationalen Partnern * Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen * Bearbeitung einfacher Reklamationen und Rückfragen * Erstellung von Tagesofferten * Kontrolle, Zuordnung und Verbuchung eingehender Speditionsrechnungen * Fakturierung der erbrachten Dienstleistungen * Nachkontrolle des Speditionsjournals mittels moderner Speditionssoftware

**Ihr Profil**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik * Berufserfahrung in der Spedition, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Seefracht Import * Erfahrung im Bereich Seefracht von Vorteil, eine fundierte Einarbeitung ist jedoch gewährleistet * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Pflichtvoraussetzung * Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit sicherem und freundlichem Auftreten * Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
