Der Bereich BSA (Betriebs- und Sicherheitsausrüstung) sorgt für den sicheren Betrieb unserer Autobahn-Infrastruktur. In 30 Tunneln und auf 250 km Autobahn betreiben wir technische Anlagen sowie die IT-Infrastruktur. Bei uns erwartet Sie kein gewöhnlicher \<\\>, sondern eine vielseitige Aufgabe in einer kritischen Infrastruktur. Aufgrund wachsender technischer Anforderungen erweitern wir unser Team, um Systeme weiterzuentwickeln und neue Herausforderungen zu meistern.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Überwachung unserer IT-Systeme sowie Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Betriebs * Ansprechperson für den 1st-Level-Support und Unterstützung bei technischen Anliegen * Betreuung des Team-Postfachs sowie selbstständige Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen * Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team und aktive Mitgestaltung des Arbeitsalltags * Nach fundierter Einarbeitung erweitern Sie Ihre Aufgaben durch Einsätze im Pikettdienst (ca. alle 6 Wochen)

**Ihr Profil**

* Eigeninitiative, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen * Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne mit anderen zusammenarbeitet und gemeinsame Ziele verfolgt * Technische Ausbildung im IT-, Elektro-, Telematik- oder Automationsumfeld (z. B. HF-Abschluss oder EFZ-Abschluss mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung) * Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen sowie Motivation, das erarbeitete BSA-Fachwissen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
