Job Description ##

  • Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail bei Serviceanliegen und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen, Serviceanfragen, Reklamationen sowie Ersatzteilbestellungen
  • Koordination und Disposition der Servicetechniker in der Deutschschweiz zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Kundendienstes
  • Unterstützung der Servicetechniker bei organisatorischen und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten für Wartungs-, Service- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Überwachung und Koordination logistischer Abläufe im Servicebereich
  • Pflege von Kunden-, Service- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um eine hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Innendienst, Kundendienst oder Service-Umfeld
  • Technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch und Deutsch sowie fliessende Englischkenntnisse
  • Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
