VOS TÂCHES

  • Personne de contact centrale pour toutes les questions relatives à la TVA au sein du groupe Hirslanden (excl. déclaration TVA)
  • Élaboration des déclarations fiscales des sociétés du groupe Hirslanden ainsi que de divers formulaires de l-ESTV
  • Contrôle des factures fiscales provisoires et définitives ainsi que des évaluations fiscales
  • Vérification des provisions fiscales de toutes les sociétés du groupe Hirslanden dans le cadre des clôtures annuelles et semestrielles
  • Premier interlocuteur pour les questions fiscales directes générales au sein du groupe Hirslanden et auprès de nos conseillers fiscaux externes et autorités fiscales
  • Examen et traitement de divers dossiers fiscaux (impôts directs et indirects) ainsi que participation à la restructuration des processus internes liés à la fiscalité
  • Rédaction de mémorandums fiscaux, de rulings fiscaux ainsi que de rapports fiscaux
  • Soutien administratif à la préparation des rapports financiers externes selon les normes IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Diplôme achevé en économie, droit ou certificat professionnel en finance & comptabilité (éventuellement avec certificat ExpertSuisse "Conseil fiscal PME" ou "TVA" ou en formation pour devenir expert fiscal)
  • Première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine fiscal
  • Fortes capacités analytiques ainsi qu-un sens aigu des chiffres
  • Méthode de travail structurée, précise et respectant les délais, grande autonomie et résistance au stress ; mentalité "hands-on"
  • Connaissances du système SAP-FI, connaissances de Dr. Tax souhaitées ainsi que bonnes compétences Excel
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais ; connaissances en français un atout
  • Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et communicatives
