Für eine Non-Profit-Spitex in der Region Bern suchen wir eine Leitung Spitex 80-100%. Rund 30 Mitarbeitende gehören zum Verantwortungsbereich. Im Zentrum der Funktion stehen die strategische, operative und fachliche Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung des Spitexbereichs.

Hier gestaltest du mehr als Dienstpläne

  • Übernimm die strategische, operative und fachliche Führung des Spitexbereichs und entwickle Strukturen und Angebote gezielt weiter
  • Verantworte Stellenplanung und Personaleinsatz und stelle gleichzeitig eine hohe Pflegequalität sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sicher
  • Trage Budgetverantwortung und achte auf einen bedarfsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Einsatz der vorhandenen Ressourcen
  • Setze Konzepte und Prozesse um, leite Verbesserungs-, Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekte und vertrete den Bereich gegenüber internen und externen Partnern

Das bringst du für diese Führungsrolle mit

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH sowie eine Weiterbildung in Führung und Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Spitex oder einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion
  • Ausgeprägtes Pflegeverständnis und Freude daran, Veränderungen und Weiterentwicklungen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
