Gestalte die Diabetestherapie von morgen - am Universitätsspital Zürich arbeitest du interprofessionell mit hochspezialisierten Endokrinologen, der Ernährungsberatung, der Pflegefachpersonen und vielen weiteren Berufsgruppen evidenzbasiert für eine bessere Lebensqualität unserer Patient:innen. Werde Teil eines hochspezialisierten, engagierten Teams, welches ambulante und stationäre Diabetestherapie nach höchsten Standards umsetzt, mitgestaltet und neu entwickelt. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Diabetesberatung aller Diabetestypen ambulant und stationär
  • Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegefachpersonen und Ernährungsberatung 
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten, Richtlinien und Schulungen

Dein Profil

  • Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit Zusatzausbildung CAS-Diabetesberatung oder Höfa 1 Diabetesberatung 
  • Du bist eine flexible, engagierte und selbständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit
  • Du kannst auch bei hoher Arbeitsbelastung deinen Arbeitsalltag selbständig organisieren und anstehende Arbeiten entsprechend priorisieren
  • Du bist teamfähig und hast Freude an der Arbeit direkt mit Patient:innen und der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
