Du wirst Teil unseres eingespielten Teams im Decathlon Store im Einkaufszentrum City West in Chur. Direkt vor unserer Haustür liegen der Hausberg Brambrüesch, die beeindruckende Rheinschlucht und die vielfältigen Bike\-Trails der Lenzerheide – genau dort, wo unsere Kundinnen und Kunden ihre Outdoor\-Abenteuer erleben. Deine Abteilung bildet das Herzstück unserer lokalen Strategie in Chur. Hier triffst du auf ein hochmotiviertes Team aus leidenschaftlichen Sportler:innen, die täglich Locals sowie Tourist:innen mit der perfekten Ausrüstung ausstatten.

Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Wintersport, Ski und Rental in Chur! Pack während der Sommersaison mit an (Pensum: 80%) und begeistere unsere Kundinnen und Kunden für ihr nächstes Abenteuer.

Deine Aufgaben: Mittendrin statt nur dabei

* Fachberatung Wintersport \& Skirental: Du bist die primäre Ansprechperson für Skifahrer:innen, Snowboarder:innen und Wintersport\-Fans. Ob die Wahl des richtigen Skimodells, die perfekte Passform der Skischuhe oder das Einstellen der Bindung – du berätst kompetent, freundlich und auf Augenhöhe.

* Skirental\- \& Showroom\-Management: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Verleihstation und die Wintersport\-Abteilung immer top aussehen. Du kümmerst dich um die professionelle Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Pflege des Mietmaterials sowie um die optimale Warenverfügbarkeit.

* Service \& Kreislaufwirtschaft: Du verkaufst nicht nur, sondern bietest flexible Verleihlösungen an – von der Tages\- und Saisonmiete über Click \& Collect bis hin zu unserem Serviceangebot (z. B. Wachsen, Kanten schleifen und Materialpflege).

* Logistik\-Power: Die strukturierte Lagerung der Mietflotte, die Warenannahme und das effiziente Bewirtschaften der Verleihfläche gehören für dich zum täglichen Workout

Was du mitbringst

* Begeisterte:r Wintersportler:in \& Schneesport\-Fan: Egal ob Ski Alpin, Snowboarden, Skitouren oder Langlauf – du bist auf der Piste und im Schnee zu Hause und kennst die Bedürfnisse der Kundschaft aus eigener Erfahrung

* Energisch \& Proaktiv: Du liebst den Kundenkontakt und scheust dich nicht vor körperlicher Arbeit (Anpacken gehört dazu!).

* Teamplayer: Du lernst schnell und bereicherst das Team mit deiner positiven Energie.

* Verfügbarkeit: Du bist ab sofort bis Dezember einsatzbereit im Umfang von 80% (idealerweise flexibel unter der Woche und an jeder Samstagen einsetzbar).
