The posting

Das Schlupfhuus bietet während 365 Tagen im Jahr, rund um die Uhr, niederschwellige ambulante und stationäre Krisenintervention für junge Menschen im Alter von ca. 14 - 18 Jahren (10 Plätze) beim Standort S und im Alter von ca. 10 -14 Jahren (7 Plätze) beim Standort F an. Wir begleiten junge Menschen, die vorübergehend einen sicheren Ort benötigen - etwa bei familiären Konflikten oder nach Erfahrungen von physischer, psychischer oder sexueller Gewalt. Unser Fokus liegt auf der psychosozialen Stabilisierung, der Klärung der Situation und dem Erarbeiten tragfähiger Perspektiven. Die Grundsätze Niederschwelligkeit, Freiwilligkeit und Parteilichkeit prägen unser tägliches Handeln.

Um unseren 24-Stunden Schichtbetrieb sicherstellen zu können, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Begleitung und Betreuung der Jugendlichen im stationären Alltag nach traumapädagogischen Grundsätzen
  • Unterstützung der psychosozialen Stabilisierung und Begleitung in akuten Krisen
  • Aktive Gestaltung sicherer Gruppenprozesse und professionelle Steuerung anspruchsvoller Dynamiken
  • Sorgfältige und nachvollziehbare Prozess- und Falldokumentation.
  • Durchführung ambulanter Beratungsgespräche zur Triage und Klärung von stationären Aufnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Aufnahme von Kindern und Jugendlichen rund um die Uhr

Ihr Profil Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • Wenn möglich abgeschlossene oder angefangene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH, Sozialarbeit oder verwandtem Fachgebiet
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen, idealerweise im stationären Setting
  • Kenntnisse in Traumapädagogik oder Bereitschaft, sich vertiefter in diesen Ansatz einzuarbeiten

  • Ausgeprägte Team-, Konflikt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft bei Bedarf auch spontan einzuspringen
