Funktion Springer/-in Fachperson Betreuung EFZ Kategorie Päd. Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 40% - 60% Stellenantritt 01. Oktober 2026 Stellenbeschrieb Die Tagesstrukturen der Schule Wald umfassen eine Kinderkrippe und mehrere Kinderhorte, verteilt auf acht Standorte. In der Krippe Nokimuz betreuen wir in drei altersdurchmischten Gruppen Kinder von drei Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt. In den Hortstandorten bieten wir während der unterrichtsfreien Zeit und während den Schulferien an allen Primarschulstandorten für die Kinder vom 1. Kindergarten bis zur 6. Klasse ein schulergänzendes Betreuungsangebot an. Wir legen Wert darauf, den Kindern auf Augenhöhe zu begegnen und sie im Alltag einzubeziehen. Dabei achten wir auf ein vielseitiges und kindergerechtes Angebot. Neugier, Beziehung und Verlässlichkeit prägen unseren Arbeitsalltag genauso wie Humor und Zusammenhalt. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für den flexiblen Einsatz in allen Standorten Springer/-in Fachperson Betreuung EFZ 40 - 60 % Wir bieten eine abwechslungsreiche Festanstellung Haupteinsatztage im Hort am Mo, Di und Do, oft von 11.00 bis max. 18.30 Uhr, bei Frühbetreuung teilweise auch ab 6.15 Uhr Arbeitszeiten in Krippe ganzer Tag mit Früh- oder Spätdienst Mitverantwortung an einem lebendigen und entwicklungsfreudigen Arbeitsplatz vielseitigen, anspruchsvollen Aufgabenbereich mit Gestaltungsspielraum engagiertes, wertschätzendes und kollegiales Team und unterstützende Standortleitungen Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten im Betrieb offene und konstruktive Arbeitskultur Dein Profil - wir suchen anerkannte pädagogische Ausbildung im Bereich Kinderbetreuung   Berufserfahrung in der familien- oder schulergänzenden Betreuung hohe Flexibilität und Fähigkeit zur Anpassung an verschiedene Standorte und Situationen ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein motivierte, tolerante, empathische Persönlichkeit in der Arbeit mit Kindern unterschiedlichen Alters  selbständige, zuverlässige, achtsame und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise  motorisiert mit eigenem Auto Unsere Standortleitung vom Hort Binzholz gibt dir gerne Auskunft über deine zukünftige neue Arbeitsstelle.
