Ziele Sicherung einer qualifizierten Pflege und Betreuung der alten und pflegebedürftigen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner professionelle Vertretung der Einrichtung nach Aussen

Organisation und Management Durchführung der Feedbackrunden Teilnahme an regelmässigen Sitzungen mit der Pflegedienstleitung Reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen untereinander Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements im Betriebsalltag

Fachliche Qualifikation Die Mitarbeitenden Pflege und Betreuung verfügen nachweislich mind. über einen abgeschlossenen SRK-Grundkurs oder über eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mind. 120 Ausbildungsstunden. Die Mitarbeitenden Pflege und Betreuung verfügen über eine gute mündliche deutschsprachige Ausdrucksfähigkeit, die Fähigkeit, fachtechnische Weisungen zu lesen und zu verstehen und korrekte Einträge in die Pflegeberichte zu schreiben.

Persönliche Grundfähigkeiten körperliche und seelische Stabilität Ausgeglichenheit und Geduld Kreativität Fähigkeit Verantwortung wahrzunehmen Initiative und Einsatzbereitschaft Teamfähigkeit eigene Kritikfähigkeit und Selbstreflexion Einfühlungsvermögen Urteilsvermögen Verschwiegenheit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit

Bewohnerbezogene Aufgaben: Umsetzung des Pflege- und Betreuungskonzepts Übernahme von hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden (wie zB. Reinigungsarbeiten gem. Ämtliliste, Betreuung im Speisesaal, etc) Durchführung der Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen Förderung von Aussenkontakten unserer Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen Schutz des Bewohnereigentums vor Diebstahl, Betrug, usw. Entgegennahme von Fragen und Belangen seitens Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen und Angehörigen und Weiterleitung an entsprechend Stelle Förderung der Mitsprache von Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen Information von Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen über alle für sie relevanten Entwicklungen

Betriebsbezogene Aufgaben Schadensanzeigen ausfüllen und weiterleiten Repräsentation der Institution nach Innen und nach Aussen Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen der Institution
