  • Als Staff Frontend Engineer gestaltest du Architektur und Design der künftigen Web-UI einer hochverfügbaren Anwendung zur Kapazitätssteuerung und trägst damit zu Stabilität, Performance, guter Bedienbarkeit und nachhaltiger Wartbarkeit im Bahnbetrieb bei.
  • Komplexe fachliche Anforderungen überführst du in robuste Web-Views, Canvas- und WebGL-basierte Benutzeroberflächen, klar definierte APIs und in wiederverwendbare Web-Komponenten.
  • Technische Optionen bewertest du transparent, triffst tragfähige Entscheide und planst Features realistisch, damit Aufwand und Nutzen im Gleichgewicht bleiben.
  • Product-Owner:innen sowie Systemarchitekt:innen und Führungspersonen berätst du fundiert, damit Architekturentscheide auf einer soliden technischen Basis entstehen.
  • Teamübergreifend befähigst du Entwicklungsteams durch Coaching, Pairing sowie Code- und Architektur-Reviews und verankerst gemeinsame UI-Standards für eine konsistente Entwicklung.
  • Eine nachhaltige Engineering-Kultur förderst du mit klaren Best Practices, Templates und gepflegter Dokumentation und führst Prototypen konsequent in produktionsreife Software über.

  • Freude daran, in funktionsübergreifenden Teams andere zu befähigen und Wissen wirksam zu teilen.
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken, um komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und dich souverän mit vielen Stakeholdern abzustimmen.
  • Hohen Qualitätsanspruch mit Pragmatismus sowie Verantwortungsübernahme über den gesamten Lebenszyklus von der Idee bis zum Betrieb.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design und in der Umsetzung moderner Web-Frontend-Architekturen für geschäftskritische Anwendungen. Sicher im Umgang mit TypeScript, Angular, Web-Komponenten, Canvas, WebGL und SVG sowie mit robusten Schnittstellen zu Backends.
  • Vertraut mit Java-basierten Cloud-Umgebungen. Praxis mit Java, Spring, OpenShift und Solace Messaging. Erfahrung in der Migration von Desktop- und Rich-Client-Anwendungen zu Web-Frontends sowie im bewussten Einsatz von KI-gestützter Entwicklung.
  • Deutsch auf Niveau C2 und Englisch auf Niveau C2.
