Tâches

En tant que membre de l'équipe B2B Servicing CH, tu soutiens le support des réservations d'agences de voyage et de groupes. De plus, tu seras l'assistant(e) des chefs d'équipe et acquerras de l'expérience en gestion.

  • Soutien au chef d'équipe dans la gestion disciplinaire et professionnelle de l'équipe B2B Servicing CH à BSL
  • Participation aux tâches régulières de reporting, d'analyse et aux activités administratives
  • Surveillance active et identification des potentiels d'amélioration des processus de service B2B et interface avec le Global B2B Servicing Competence Center en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Coordination de la communication inter-équipes, des réunions et des ateliers
  • Participation à divers projets pour garantir que les besoins du service commercial soient pris en compte dans les produits et processus
  • Élargissement de ton horizon aéronautique et échanges avec les départements (ventes, marketing, B2C) pour comprendre les concepts, objectifs et approches de SWISS et LHG

Conditions

Nous recherchons un(e) collègue curieux(se) d'obtenir un aperçu du monde fascinant de l'aviation, où un emploi devient une aventure pour la vie et où la première empreinte est garantie.

  • Diplôme HF, étudiant(e) ou diplômé(e) Bachelor ou Master (les étudiants HF et Bachelor doivent avoir terminé au moins trois semestres)
  • Motivation et intérêt pour le secteur de l'aviation
  • Bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais
  • Très bonnes compétences en MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Grande initiative personnelle, rapidité de compréhension et forte motivation
  • Excellentes compétences d'interaction et de communication
  • Flexibilité et esprit d'équipe
