Tes missions ##

  • Contacts téléphoniques réguliers avec les locataires, les corps de métier et les autorités
  • Traitement des résiliations
  • De manière générale, soutien de toutes les tâches incombant au gérant(e) d'immeubles
  • Rédaction et envoi des bons de commande ainsi que de demandes d'offres
  • Traitement et codification des factures de fournisseurs
  • Adaptation des loyers
  • Rédaction de diverses correspondances

Ton profil ##

  • Diplôme d'une école de commerce (partie scolaire)
  • Bonnes notes dans les branches principales
  • Intérêt pour la branche immobilière
  • Grande volonté d'engagement et de performance
  • Fiable, responsable, sociable
  • Personne vive et ouverte, apparence soignée et bonnes manières
  • Goût du contact avec les clients au téléphone
