* Collaborer aux procédures pénales fédérales, principalement en français * Assister la direction de la procédure dans la préparation des décisions * Préparer et participer aux auditions de prévenus, de personnes appelées à donner des renseignements et de témoins ainsi qu'aux entretiens et aux consultations de dossiers avec les avocats * Clarifier des questions de droit matériel et de procédure * Assister à la préparation et à la représentation des accusations, recours, mesures de contrainte ainsi que des requêtes, voies de droit et prises de position y afférentes

****Ce qui vous rend unique****

* Diplôme universitaire en droit (Master) obtenu en 2026 ou au plus tard au moment du début du stage (Le diplôme universitaire a été obtenu au maximum 18 mois avant l'entrée en fonction -- deux ans pour les futurs/es avocats/es) * Expérience de stage d'un maximum de six mois au sein de l'administration fédérale * Capacité à travailler de façon précise et fiable, plaisir à travailler avec différentes parties prenantes * Orientation vers les solutions et la mise en œuvre, capacité à faire preuve d'indépendance et d'initiative * Bonne connaissance active d'au moins une deuxième langue officielle et anglais

Au cours de ce stage stimulant de six mois, vous aurez un aperçu de la lutte contre les formes graves de criminalité économique internationale et intercantonale. Date de prise de fonction possible : 1er janvier 2027, 1er mars 2027 ou 1er juillet 2027
