Le Théâtre de Beausobre fait vibrer la Ville de Morges de ses nombreux spectacles et événements dans les domaines variés du théâtre, de la chanson, de la danse, de l’humour et du jeune public. Depuis une trentaine d’années, plus de 2500 spectacles ont été présentés dans cette salle mythique de 850 places, sans compter les nombreuses représentations privées ou organisées par les sociétés locales de la région ou encore les deux manifestations phares de la ville, à savoir les festivals Morges\-sous\-Rire et Diabolo.

Pour la rentrée scolaire 2027, l’administration du Théâtre de Beausobre, cherche un·e :

Stagiaire MPC 3\+1 (12 mois)

Tâches principales :

  • accueil au guichet et gestion des appels téléphoniques
  • traitement de la correspondance entrante et rédaction de courriers et documents divers
  • gestion de la boîte e\-mail générale
  • prise du PV du colloque hebdomadaire
  • collaboration à la gestion de la billetterie
  • création de divers tableaux Excel
  • soutien à la coordination des spectacles et l’organisation d’évènements tels que Morges\-sous\-Rire et Diabolo Festival.

Nous souhaitons :

  • formation en école de commerce ou gymnase achevée à la rentrée 2027
  • bonnes connaissances des outils bureautiques courants
  • personnalité joviale et dynamique
  • intérêt pour le service public et le domaine culturel
  • autonomie, flexibilité et compétences organisationnelles.
