En tant que stagiaire à la réception et au téléphone de notre agence Lausanne, vous veillerez à ce que nos locataires et clients soient correctement servis dans cette relation professionnelle de 12 mois. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de découvrir le secteur immobilier et d'entrer dans ce secteur passionnant directement après votre formation achevée. ###

Votre mission en détail

  • Soutien personnel et téléphonique de nos locataires/clients à la réception et téléphone
  • Transmission des appels téléphoniques aux personnes de contact responsables et fournir également vous-même des informations
  • Soutenir l'organisation/la gestion des mesures de réparation et de maintenance
  • Accomplir des tâches administratives et de secrétariat
  • Aide à la gestion administrative (clarifications, expédition, contrats de location, etc.)

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation de base solide (la formation Immobase constitue un atout).
  • Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; la connaissance d'autres langues constitue un atout.
  • Vous êtes courageux, flexible et, en tant que polyvalent, vous utilisez habilement vos talents polyvalents chaque jour
