* Diplôme universitaire ou formation professionnelle supérieure en informatique de gestion ou en gestion d'entreprise.

* Esprit analytique, conceptuel, capable de voir les liens entre les choses, et capacité à agir de manière autonome.

* Une expérience dans l'exploitation informatique, l'ingénierie des exigences et les projets informatiques est un atout.

* Compétences en conseil associées à une mentalité pragmatique et orientée vers la pratique.

* La maîtrise d'une deuxième langue officielle est un atout.

****Ton engagement pour la sécurité et la liberté****

L'État-major de l'armée (EM A) appuie le chef de l'Armée dans ses activités de conduite du domaine départemental de la Défense et assure la planification militaire globale ainsi que le développement de l'Armée suisse dans son ensemble. Il élabore les bases stratégiques, le développement des forces armées et la planification de l'armée et de l'armement, conformément aux directives politiques, et assume des tâches dans le contexte de la sécurité internationale. La conduite, le pilotage et la coordination de tous les domaines transversaux (personnel, finances, immobilier) relèvent également de sa compétence.

L'Armée suisse emploie plus de 9000 collaborateurs/trices dans quatre professions militaires et environ 200 professions civiles, et ce, sur 110 sites dans toute la Suisse. Elle assure également la relève en formant des apprenti/e/s dans plus de 30 métiers.
