Pour notre l'équipe SIRH et Projets notre Département Ressources humaines, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour une entrée en fonction de suite ou à convenir. En tant que stagiaire universitaire/HES, vous participerez activement à divers projets de transformation digitale RH, en apportant votre contribution active à la digitalisation des processus RH à travers des projets à fort impact stratégique et organisationnel. Vous serez un véritable appui dans la conduite de projets digitaux RH et dans l'optimisation de nos systèmes et données.

Les missions qui vous attendent :

  • Coordination de projet : Soutien actif à la planification, au suivi et à la gestion des projets de transformation digitale RH (implémentation d'outils, optimisation de process notamment).
  • Analyse de données : Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données pour nourrir les décisions stratégiques (Power BI, Excel avancé).
  • Reporting : Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des projets et les résultats obtenus.
  • Support aux équipes : Fournir un soutien opérationnel continu pour les systèmes et processus RH en place.
  • Documentation et amélioration continue: Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation des projets.
  • Communication et change management : Faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes préparation de supports (slides, FAQ, news internes...) et assurer la transparence des informations.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes en cours de cursus académique dans un domaine étroitement lié aux Ressources humaines, Systèmes d'information, Gestion de projet, Business Analyse ou équivalent.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils d'analyse de données (Excel, Power BI).
  • Vous êtes intéressé(e) par le monde RH, l'innovation et les outils digitaux.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'un esprit analytique, structuré(e) et orienté(e) solution.
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité de communication, en français et idéalement en anglais
