Description du poste ##

Stagiaires maturité professionnelle commerciale - Service & Administration pour la rentrée 2027.

Le département Customer Service est à la recherche de deux stagiaires MPC, dans les services suivants :

Customer Care

  • Réception, enregistrement et emballage des montres
  • Etablissement de factures relatives aux réparations des montres
  • Correspondance par e-mail ou par téléphone avec les clients
  • Accueil des clients à la réception
  • Prise de procès-verbaux
  • Remplacements ponctuels à la réception principale

Spare Parts Sales

  • Réception et traitement des commandes de fournitures pour les marchés internationaux
  • Analyse des disponibilités des fournitures
  • Préparation, suivi et contrôle des envois de fournitures
  • Soutien aux marchés internationaux dans différentes langues et selon les besoins : support technique, réclamations, etc.
  • Réalisation des photos d-entrée et de sortie des pièces envoyées en réparation
  • Réalisation des entrées de marchandises et des transferts de stock

Différentes tâches administratives vous seront données selon les besoins du département.

Vous aurez la chance de pouvoir élargir et mettre en pratique vos connaissances dans l'un des plus grands départements de l'entreprise.

Profil ##

Formation de trois ans dans une école commerciale à plein temps.

Casier judiciaire vierge.

Compétences requises ##

Vous êtes une personne sérieuse, motivée, autonome et faisant preuve d'initiative personnelle?

Vous avez de l'empathie, appréciez les contacts et le travail en équipe?

Vous appréciez travailler avec les outils informatiques et utiliser les langues étrangères?

De plus, vous avez de l'intérêt pour l'industrie horlogère?

Vous êtes intéressé(e) et correspondez au profil recherché?
