Al Toque steht für unkomplizierten, schnellen und hochwertigen Genuss mitten im Bahnhof Bern. Für unseren Standort suchen wir eine engagierte Standortleitung (60–70 %), die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, ihr Team führt und auch im Tagesgeschäft mit anpackt.

Deine Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort und das operative Tagesgeschäft Führung, Betreuung und Entwicklung des Teams Einsatz- und Dienstplanung Pausenablösungen und aktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft Mindestens eine Schicht pro Woche im Store Warenbewirtschaftung, Bestellwesen und Lagerkontrolle Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene und unseren Servicestandards Kassenführung und Tagesabschlüsse Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender Kundenbetreuung und Reklamationsmanagement Kontrolle von Umsatz, Kosten und Warenverbrauch Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen Umsetzung von Aktionen und betrieblichen Vorgaben Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und internen Partnern Das bringst du mit Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität Freude an Mitarbeiterführung und Kundenkontakt Belastbar, flexibel und selbstständig Bereitschaft für Früh-, Spät- und Wochenendeinsätze Das erwartet dich Eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit viel Eigenständigkeit Ein lebendiger Arbeitsplatz mitten im Bahnhof Bern Ein abwechslungsreiches Umfeld mit hoher Frequenz Ein motiviertes Team und kurze Entscheidungswege Die Möglichkeit, den Standort aktiv mitzugestalten
