Analyse der individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse und Erarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Finanzlösungen. Durchführung von Markt\- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Kundengewinnung und \-bindung. Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Teilnahme an Schulungen, um stets auf dem neuesten Stand der Finanzbranche zu bleiben. Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder Versicherungen. Erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzberatung oder im Versicherungswesen von Vorteil. Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln. Hohe Eigenmotivation und die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden. Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten.
